This morning, the President of the Republic of Korea was removed from office. For the past four years, he has failed the people, and has put his own interests and those of his wife above the interests of the people. Four months ago, he declared martial law, which is unconstitutional, and terrorized the entire country. In his notebooks, which were uncovered during the investigation, he wrote genocidal plans to kill lawmakers who disagreed with him and to kill citizens. For four months, the people came out and continued to protest endlessly, and the result was the impeachment we had hoped for. In our country no longer have a criminal president! The people have defended democracy. It's a victory for the people. I experienced true democracy. In just a couple of months, the new presidential election will begin. We will continue to defend the country from dictatorship.

Sounds like North Korea to me. A country needs a strong leader who cares about his country and it's citizens.
